Criminals are sending deceptively genuine-looking emails or messages that appear to come from the hotel and request the entry of credit card details or a payment via an external link.

Please note the following:

• Our emails are sent exclusively from our domain @hotelhansa.de.
• Our online booking and payment page is provided exclusively via DIRS21. Corresponding links may therefore lead to dirs21.de or an associated secure booking page.
• We will never ask you via email or WhatsApp to enter your credit card details through an unknown link or to make a payment to a different bank account.
• Please always check the sender of any message and only click on links if you are certain they are from us.

Data security & systems:

• The protection of your personal data is our highest priority.
• All data collected by us is stored and processed securely in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
• For our hotel management and booking processes, we use the professional hotel software IBELSA, which meets the highest security and data protection standards.
